Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 8, 2025

Institution: Vendali Fashion Institute (“VFI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”)

1. General Policy

All payments made through our website — including course deposits, monthly tuition installments, and any related fees — are non-refundable and non-transferable. By completing a payment, the student (“you”) acknowledges and agrees to the financial terms of enrollment outlined in this policy.

2. Deposits and Enrollment

A deposit alone does not secure a student’s seat in any course. A seat is reserved only after both the deposit payment and the signed enrollment contract have been received and confirmed by Vendali Fashion Institute.

If the deposit is submitted without the signed contract, the enrollment will be considered incomplete, and the seat will remain available to other applicants until all requirements are fulfilled.

3. Exceptional Case for Refund Eligibility

A refund will be issued only if all the following conditions apply:

  • The student submitted a deposit payment.
  • The student did not submit the signed enrollment contract required to complete registration.
  • The course reached full capacity before the contract was received and processed by VFI.
In this case, the deposit will be refunded in full, as the student’s enrollment could not be finalized and the seat was not secured.

4. Payments Without Contract Submission

If a student submits any payment without sending the signed contract, VFI will hold the payment temporarily. Should the student fail to provide the signed contract before the course reaches full capacity, VFI will issue a refund as described in Section 3. Once the contract is received and the enrollment is confirmed, no refunds will be granted.

5. No Refunds After Contract Submission

After both the deposit and the signed contract are received, enrollment is considered final. At that point, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Withdrawal from the course before or after its start date.
  • Failure to attend classes.
  • Dismissal from the program for disciplinary or academic reasons.
  • Dissatisfaction with course content, scheduling, or teaching methods.

6. Monthly Tuition Payments

Monthly tuition payments are part of the total course cost and are non-refundable. Late, missed, or partial payments do not relieve the student of financial responsibility for the full tuition amount, as outlined in the enrollment contract.

7. Payment Errors

If a payment is made in error (duplicate transaction, incorrect amount, etc.), the student must notify VFI immediately at vfi@vendali.com. Valid cases of administrative or processing errors will be reviewed individually and, if confirmed, may qualify for a refund or credit adjustment.
